If i like this MFP on Facebook, will it post my private nutrition on there, b/c i don't want it to post on facebook, just here? Anyone know the advantage of liking the app on fb

    I am not real sure because I am very new to MFP (third day) but from what I have seen only my exercise post to FB.. It says something like...Michelle burned 207 calories raking leaves... That is all that I have seen actually post to FB.. Maybe if someone knows more they will let us both know :0) Good Luck on your weight loss plan!

    uner your settings you can customize what is and is not posted to facebook

    I "liked" it on FB. Don't worry, nothing will post. The only way to do that is through the links on MFP. As far as I can tell, there is no real advantage to liking it on FB at all.
