YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are some of you that are disappointed in the results but so far, not even one of you guys have gained any weight! I did okay, I guess.
Starting weight on MFP: 170
Starting weight for this challenge: 163
Current weight: 158
For a total of a 5 pound loss (since starting the challenge that is). This is disappointing because it WAS a 7 pound loss but I lost it Friday and Saturday. I didn't go over my cals, but I did gain two pounds But that's okay, next week will be even better!

Yeah, well, I gained 1 pound back, I think due to bloating, if you know what I mean? This sucks! Oh well, it only lasts 3 or 4 days anyway.0 -

last friday (i'm weighing on Fridays- trying not to weigh everyday) I was 1680 -
My official weigh in weight: 180
That's a 0.2# loss...WTH! Oh well, I will see the 170's again some time in my life!

I was expecting to have gained weight today at my weigh in but I had actually lost just .2 lbs, but that is better than I had thought. I made some choices this week that affected my weight, but what was so neat about it is that I chose...before I would have not even thought about what I am doing to my body. I feel like I am more in control.
How is the mid week going for you all?0 -
