    Well 130 is my overall goal
    and right now it is to be in Onederland 6 pounds away and i hope to be there soon !~

    My goal is to not feel fat anymore. I have no idea what weight that will happen at. I just hope it happens.

    Mines 197 and my plan was to lose 100lbs in a years time ...... at the pace im at I might make it early prolly Oct
  • I'd like to ultimately reach my old Army weight of 176, but for now I'm shooting for 190 just to get life long habits started. Doing great so far:D! wooo!

    My original goal was 135, I have added a bit now though and its 125lb. 29lb to go :D
  • 90 lbs in a month, you need to set something more realistic, thats 22.5 lbs per week! I have a long term goal of 60 lbs, I set 3 20lb goals, I kicked the first one in the but, and I'm 8 lbs into the second one! I would like to lose the remaining 32 lbs by my birthday June 18th! If I do it then great, if I don't do it til July 18th or August 18th then oh well I'm know I'm doing my best!

    My goal is to weigh 130 by June 1st!! 16 more pounds to go, and this time i'm going to KEEP IT OFF!! =)

    once i can see my six pack (hopefully in another 5-10 lbs) i'm going to try to put on 40 lbs of muscle over 2 years. that's my long term goal.

    my short term goal is lose 5-10 lbs (which i should be able to do within 5 weeks) and then try to put on 1lb a week while maintaining my six pack.
  • I thought I was way bigger than I actually am when I finally stepped onto a scale (without closing my eyes in the doctor's office) for the first time in 10 years. This pleased me very much. The first goal was to be under 200, but I've been doing that so fast, I think I may have that by Easter. The goal is 175 lbs. by August 1 (School starts back then, and I'm a teacher). My ideal goal would be 150 lbs. by August 1, but I'm not sure that's do-able, or even probable. When I get to my ideal weight ,eventually, I would like to eat again since I really love food, but continue exercising to keep the weight off. I've found (surprisingly) that I actually like working out!

    I took a peek at your profile..are you trying to LOSE 90lbs or WEIGH 90lbs?
