P 90X

I have been doing P 90X incorporated into training and just want to get thoughts on what to catagorize it as in exercise. There are no options for P90X so I usually do it as general aerobics. Any one else have any advice on this? I really want to get my last 20 pounds off before I run my first marathon and want the best accuracy as possible on my exercise.

    I got a HRM for this very reason. It's been helpful.

    I also use an HRM. When I use the myfitnesspal app, I enter P90X as cardio so I can still keep track of my calories. :smile:

    What do you put it as under cardio? I put it as aerobics under cardio to keep track of calories but not sure how accurate that is. I am assuming it is pretty close.
