    Either jog in place for 20 minutes and then have something or don't and don't. :-)

  • Change what you're doing. Put in a load of laundry or unload the dishwasher and by the time you're done the craving will go away.

    Why do I feel like something "simple" like jogging in place isn't a real exercise? I feel like I have to be at a gym or climbing a mountain for it to count.. which I don't do. Wish I could realize that just moving is at least something.
