Hello, i am new just started yesterday and loving it and have gotten a few others to join with me...but so far only two or pretty interested in it... i am just tryin to get back into shape is all...:drinker:

    Hello my name is Rachel and I am new to this site. I am trying to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months. I started yesterday doing the Turbo Fire workout DVD's but I have to say I am having trouble keeping up with the routines because they are so fast paced but I am determined to keep wokring out with them.

    i have no problem workin out it the eating part that i have trouble with. i do zumba three days a week and love it!! i also do walk away the pounds i walk on treadmill!! i have to change it up or i will get bored very easy but zumba is the most fun and have been doing it for a while...

    Hi, I'm new to the site as well and like you, I have no problem sticking to my exercise routine (spinning, weights and zumba), but the eating is my biggest issue - especially on weekends! Feel free to add me. Good luck!
