I've alwaysalwaysalways hated my neck fat and double chin the most! So. Is there anything in particular that I can do to target my neck/shoulder region to get rid of the chub in those areas?

nope, its more or less just lose weight, for problem areas once the weight is gone that are stubborn then there are small exercises/things that help but fat loss can not be selective.0

AsI lost weight I deflated from the top down, chins to ankles.... I'm just sorry I couldn't spot "rearrange" the weight....0

I had the same problem. It wasn't until I hit a certain weight that it started to go away. Just keep going and it'll come off!0

That's what I thoughtttt, but a girl can dream of a slim pretty neck.0

this might sound silly, but get a waterbottle that doesnt spill out of the top when you turn it upside down....drink out of that throughout the day every day. You have to actually suck on it, so it's using your jaw and chin muscles. You wont lose a lot of weight from there but it'll help tighten those muscles! (plus it's not really an exercise...you can do it all day long!) hey, every little bit helps right?0

Not trying to be a jerk but don't dentists frown on using straws and constantly sucking? I am pretty sure my dentist told me to go to sipping versus using a straw the last time I was in....0 -

i thought you were supposed to use straws, especially with acidic drinks to protect our teeth.0
