Why does my calorie goal change mid week?

My fitness pal goal changed. I have been at 1200 calories for the last two weeks. Monday and Tuesday it was 1200 and yesterday it changed to 1400 per day. Why?

    I noticed that today and i think it has to do with when we have activity. When we work out we burn calories... we get the opportunity to eat more because our bodies are burning. calories because of working out. I did notice that myself. I'm gonna have to bulk up more (healthier options) since I'll be moving my body around 4-5 days a week in the gym and other activities.

    did you change your weight? add exercise? that can up your cals.i hate that about it too..makes me seem like i need to eat more

    I usually work out 4x a week, but not in the last two weeks since joining fitnesspal. I did 3x this week and did lose 2 pounds. Thanks. It was probably the extra workouts.
