Good to see so many have benefitted from this website!! Thank God its free!! So now there's NO excuses to not get in shape!

    Fellow Austinite here. Reading your profile, I know what you mean about how every other person in Austin is obsessed with fitness and nutrition. It kind of annoyed me before I became one of them, and now I love it. There are no excuses for not being healthy and active in a city like this. Welcome to MFP. I've lost 80 lbs since Jan. 2010, thanks in large part to the tools and resources on this site, so it definitely works if you stick with it. Good luck!
