Too much protein?

What happens if I go over on my recommended protein? My one 6oz piece of roast pork loin is calculating at 47 grams alone! I don't want to sabatoge anything.

Your not....too much protein is nothing. If your going to go over on something , thats what you want to go over on.0

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that excess protein is just gotten rid of by the body? I don't think it gets stored anywhere.0
