alritey everyone! 2morrow marks Monday n a brand new day. w/ no mistakes. start this week w/ the attitude that u CAN do ne thing u put ur mind 2. n even if u slip ya just dust it off n tell urself not 2 let it happen again! n hey think of ur mistakes this way. just cuz u hit a bump or bumps on the road of weight loss doesn't mean u just go ahead n crash. no u just take what u've done n learn from it n be alot more careful of were u r going.
mk so i went around the bush 2 say that but there it is...hehehe

my goals 4 this wk is 2:
drink at least 64 oz of water a day
only eat out once n that has 2 b only sub way
run 30 minutes a day
lose 1lb this wk at least.

g'luck everyone! n remember the only thing stopping u from achieving UR goals is U!
