    For the past couple days that I skimmed over your diary, I didn't see you enter the cups of water that you drink. That is definitely essential to a healthy weight loss.

    I have been working out and dieting for 4 weeks now. 1 pound lost. So disappointed, I just want to give up. I am trying to stick to a 1200 calorie diet and going to the gym 4 days a week. What am I doing wrong!? I need to lose 10 pounds fast, any advice?

    How do your measurements look? You can't really go by lbs lost because you could be gaining lean muscle, while working out.

    Hi i know what you are going thru. I exercise like crazy and the numbers never change however i start looking better in my clothes whenever i add those calories. I told myself that i was going to be honest this time. I am not suffering. Do you fell that you are really posting everything that you eat? If you are really sticking the weight will come off. Please be patient.
