Plan here is a net 1200 calorie diet. 3x-Resitance, 5x Cardio, 1x Day of Rest
Resistance training consists of a total body workout working every major muscle group one to two times with reps between 6-8 and about 5 sets per exercise
Cardio includes running, stair stepper, swimming...pretty much anything that gets the heart at 165 or above for a total of at least 60 minutes.
These workouts make for some long gym days, so I try to split them up in the AM and afternoon or evening0 -

I had to weigh myself today b/c I didn't have my scale! I will weigh in next friday with everyone else though I lost 3 lbs last week according to my work scale; now im going to use the one i got at home so its the same one!! Im super excited!! whats everyones plans for losing 10 lbs a month?? And are we checking in on the same thread?0

I am planning to stay between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and walk/jog 30 miles each week. I am up to 5-8 miles per day now. I am very excited about this challenge it gives me a doable but tough target each month.0 -
