How do I maintain weight?

Hey,
Ive lost over 60 pounds now and i have been having a hard time staying at my goal weight. I do not want to weigh as little as I do and need some advice in how to now get bored during the day and overeat. I dont eat when im hungry i eat when im bored and am struggling putting on good quality mass because of how much i have previously lost. I do not want to be that heavy again and i think i am paranoid, I NEED HELP!
Any Advice?
