1 month Transformation. 12lbs lost!

Hey everyone

! I've lost 12 pounds doing the Intermittent fasting program and of course diet and exercise. Today marks my one month! Its not a "drastic" change, but its some. I've leaned out a bit especially in my mid section. Let me know what you guys think!

    That's great but, go easy on all of those supplements. Mixing the wrong supplements could hurt more than help.

    Thank you, but I have done extensive research on all my supplements. I can guarantee you they will not cause my body harm if I do everything right.

    Sure no problem! www.leangains.com is the site for intermittent fasting. In a nutshell I fast 16hours a day and eat in a 8 hour window everyday. Work wonders for me. I love it! Believe it or not I dont go hungry. Be warned tho, the first couple days to week suck! Your body needs to get used to it!
