Logging Leslie Sansone

Hey all! I have been using Leslie Sansone all week and I am a little confused as to how to log it. Today I did the 3 mile with weights...so How should I log it? It took me roughly 45 minutes but with all the movinga round it seemed more like aerobics...what say you MFP?
