Hey all! I have been using Leslie Sansone all week and I am a little confused as to how to log it. Today I did the 3 mile with weights...so How should I log it? It took me roughly 45 minutes but with all the movinga round it seemed more like aerobics...what say you MFP?

Before I got my HRM, I always logged her walks as 4 mile brisk...especially if I used hand weights
It was fairly accurate for me at least.....as I did compare with the HRM.
