So I stumbled on this recipe and had to try it. I LOVE it so thought I'd share.

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients
1 cup Chobani® Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
2 medium avocados
½ tsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. jalapeno, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. lime juice
Salt to taste

Instructions
1.Slice avocado in half lengthwise. Remove pit and discard. Scoop out insides with large spoon and add to bowl. Roughly mash avocado with fork. Add Chobani® and remaining ingredients.

2.Mix until guacamole has desired texture, whether chunky or smooth. Add salt to taste. Kick up the heat by adding extra jalapeños. Serve with Pita chips for a "Greek" twist or use as a tasty spread on sandwiches

I make guacamole for years with only tomato, avacado, and onion with a good squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper. Fairly low in calories, even if you eat the whole thing, it could be a meal. The thing that stinks is the chips. What is a brand of great low cal chips to eat the guac?

I ate mine with Wheat Thins new Flatbread Crackers. 60 calories for two crackers and they are good sized crackers and quite yummy! OR you could use the Special K cracker chips
