Hey everyone
! I've lost 12 pounds doing the Intermittent fasting program and of course diet and exercise. Today marks my one month! Its not a "drastic" change, but its some. I've leaned out a bit especially in my mid section. Let me know what you guys think!

Thank you, but I have done extensive research on all my supplements. I can guarantee you they will not cause my body harm if I do everything right.

Sure no problem! www.leangains.com is the site for intermittent fasting. In a nutshell I fast 16hours a day and eat in a 8 hour window everyday. Work wonders for me. I love it! Believe it or not I dont go hungry. Be warned tho, the first couple days to week suck! Your body needs to get used to it!0 -
I can definitely tell your inches are coming off along with the weight, you stomach is tighting up along with your definition..Good job!!0
