Hi Everyone! So I've been trying to change my lifestyle habits over the last 2 months. No significant weight loss but have been trying more consistently the last week. I have one question.. With the calorie goal are we meant to be as low as we can under that goal or reaching that goal but not going over? I've seen some posts where people have been worried theyve been too under it..

The MFP program already sets you at a calorie deficit in order to meet the goal of weight loss per week you set up originally. stay as close to the goal as possible and make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day or you will get a starvation mode warning and you dont want your body to reach that state.0

Oh thank you! I have it set at 1200 cal/day but with exercise I can have more so always have at least 1200. Good to know that as long as I stick to that I'm doing ok though!0

My saying is you burn it you earn it!!!!!!!!0

Ha so true! I just figured I might lose weight faster if I stayed well below but maybe it would slow down my metabolism.0
