    I'm looking forward to next weeks weigh in, i've currently hit a plateau. But i'm thinking that this will give me the motivation to kick it into high gear!

    Thanks! I set low goals for myself so I don't get discouraged and I'm going to currently just keep my goasl at 5 lbs a month. eventually it'll probably catch up with me and the weight loss will slow down haha.
