What are your favourite easy to make healthy meals?

Im interested to know your healhy meals which work well in your diet?

My favourite is poached chicken breast, sweet potato and broccolli:smile:

OTHERS:

Mackeral and cous cous and salad

Chicken, parsnips and carrots

But I would love more of a variety so please share your ideas with me :wink:

    Crock pot veggie soup and homemade bread rolls. You can make them to your tastes and nutritional needs/wants, and there's nothing better than the smell in the kitchen when you get home after it's been brewing all day long :)

    taco salad with extra lean ground turkey, taco seasoning, a can of diced tomatoes on top of a bed of lettuce, add some low fat sour cream and low fat cheese---dig in.

    i love chicken stirfry. a few tablespoons of soy sauce and stirfry sauce, some chicken stock and any vegetables you like. super tasty and fast. I made enough for 3 days laste night in less than 30 mins.

    I just discovered this healthy concoction bcuz I was too lazy to cook.

    1 can of tuna packed in water
    1/2 cup avocado cubed
    1 cup cucumber
    1 cup orange bell pepper
    1 cup spinach
    a little salt and pepper

    put on a plate and eat away! It's sooo good, healthy and low carb!

    Shrimp stir fry is usually my go to meal. Rice noodles, shrimp and frozen sitr fry veg. Add a little garlic, ginger and soy sauce.

    My one this evening was mushroom stroganoff, which is a tablespoon of olive oil, fry an onion, add 400g mushrooms, then salt, pepper, lemon and a spoonful of fat free yoghurt. Serve with boiled rice (it's best with red or brown rice)
