    no change this week but that was expected. it was my anniversary weekend and me and hubby spent alot of time away from the house and spending time with the each other. i am getting back at it hard this week and still on track for the 10 pounds

    Did n't loss much this week but it was better then I expected. I didn't stay on track with my eating and excercise I will do better the next 2 weeks.

    ok I am surprised I won't lie. But that initial weigh in was done after a BAD weekend. I think the loss will slow down now but I hope not!!!!
