I can across some old pictures that I wanted to share. I've been in a funk for a while and I'm finally having a breakthrough after being "stuck" for at least 4 weeks.
This is where I've been...(230 pounds, about 5 years ago)

    You look great keep up the good work. Even though you have been stuck for about 4 weeks you have accomplished alot already you sound like you hit your plateau. Try new exercises, change up your diet some and you should see the scale begin to move again

    Don't get discouraged. When I hit my plateau the first time, I gained all my weight back because I was so frustrated. Hold on and just keep on going.
