Any recommendations for soemthing other than a jock strap. I wore boxer breifs thinking things would be supported enough. Wrong answer. Walking on the treadmill last night and things got pinched and it still hurts. :embarassed:

    The Under Armour compression shorts, work well to keep stuff in place and provide support.

    I opt for the form fitting boxer brief variety when working out and the looser ones when just walking, and you usually can not go wrong with some tighty whiteys.
