Any recommendations for soemthing other than a jock strap. I wore boxer breifs thinking things would be supported enough. Wrong answer. Walking on the treadmill last night and things got pinched and it still hurts.

The Under Armour compression shorts, work well to keep stuff in place and provide support.0

I opt for the form fitting boxer brief variety when working out and the looser ones when just walking, and you usually can not go wrong with some tighty whiteys.0
