    Heart Healty Cookies

    11/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup soy flour
    1 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup butter
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chiopped almonds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup raisins
    These are the ingredients for my cookies that UI would like to find out the nutritional value

    Bethel, I'll put this in the recipes section, but just so you know, it won't automatically generate nutritional info for you, either someone else will have to do that, or you'll have to do that yourself through a 3rd party website such as calorieking.com.

    I make a gluten and sugar free peanut butter cookie that's super yummy. Ends up having about 15 cals/cookie :)

    Messages sent ladies. My mom and I both have Celiac so I typed it out just like it is on her recipe card. But, you can use other brands of peanut butter. And since my mom has an egg allergy she uses an egg substitute :) They're yummy when I want a light cookie.
