Yah, I am just honestly really bad about counting calories and entering all my food. I really need the exercise to offset what I put in my mouth. On the bright side, my ankle feels a lot better today, so hopefully I won't be on the bench for too long!0

Hello Everyone. I did not post anything last week I was sick and was able to only worked out 3 days Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Here's the info
Monday- JM 30 day Shred L1 and L2
Interval training on Treadmill 40mins+ 10 mins(warm up and cool down)
Tuesday- JM30DS L1
Elliptical Trainer 45 mins
Wednesday- JM30DS L1
Walking on incline on treadmill (4.0-6.0) 20 mins
Tae Bo 8 mins
I got back to working out on Tuesday and taking it easy so not really doing. Here's what I hae done so far
Tuesday- Run on treadmill 3 miles than walk 1.5 miles
Wednesday: Burn Fat Boost Metabolism
Thursday: Ran outside 3.2 miles. JM30DS L1
I'm going to do a couple of days of a morning and an evening workout (5days/wk) but the other 3 days will do two workout back to back in the morning. It's hard to do it at night because I feel all I do is workout and work spending 13 hr day in my building since I workout at the company's onsite Gym.0 -

Have shredded every morning this week and walked every night except for Tuesday. DH and I got a 70 minute walk in tonight and it was fantastic!!!
Feeling really good and so much stronger than when we started this!!!
Tomorrows Friday , Woo Hoo'!!!!!!!

Alright did my crazy running around in the gym session including use of these machines
Morning: Treadmill+Stairmaster/Step Mill/Elliptical and the Assisted Dips/Pullups machine(love this)
Afternoon/Evening: A session or two of Turbo Jam Fatblaster my favourite because its like a form of HIIT!0 -

Hit 30dayshred Friday am and walked in the evening! Have not worked out at all this weekend, have spent time with DH no excuse but much needed reconnect time. Back at it tomorrow!

good morning all!! I hope everyone had a very wonderful and restful weekend. I am finally moved in!! woo hoo...Back to stepping it up and get this done. I am starting P90X today with my boyfriend. Should be fun working out together Will work out once today (because of classes) and will work out once on wed because of classes and will work out twice on tuesday thursday friday saturday and once on sunday. That schedule is going to work best fo rme at this time I believe until school lets out at the beg of may. Then it will get more intense ) Lets do this people ) Hope everyone has an AWESOME monday!!!

I hope everyone is doing well! I missed posting all of last week but have continued with two-a-days. This week will repeat my pattern for recent weeks: AM trail runs and Supreme 90 (substitute for P90X) strength training on alternating days. PM road bike rides four days a week and two evenings just fast paced walking with my wife. I used to take Sundays off but with the great weather I can't let a weekend day slip by so I'm taking Thursday.0

Well, now that I'm done falling off the planet, I'm in desperate need of some accountability!
The fiance and I have just moved into a temporary living situation with his parents. I adore them, so that's not an issue - but his dad's obsession with butter/desserts/fried food is! I'm usually able to easily stay on track with my food, but I'm really struggling. My most viable solution at this point is to get back on my exercise and be intense about it.
Today's plan: 30 Day Shred and Turbo Jam CP3

Woop woop!!! So yesterday was super busy with work and school. So today starts my P90X journey (once again haha) SOOO

starting tonight..taking measurements and pics before hand will post measurements and then post before and after pics in 1 month ...then again on month 2 and then finally month 30 -
May 9th, I will once again begin my two-a-day workouts....TurboJam and walking/running. Hooyah!0

Good Morning!
Yesterday was 30 minutes of Turbo Jam and level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I had so much energy! I'll be on level 2 starting Friday, so I'm sure I'll feel differently then Also, I've ordered Turbo Fire, so I'm super excited to get that! Saving up for Chalean Extreme and my Chalene Johnson collection will be complete. Turbo Jam is really the only thing I've been able to stick with over the years.
Today's plan: 30 DS and 40 minutes of Turbo Jam

YAY! haha did my first day of P90X Chest and back with Ab ripper is DONE ) Will be doing plyometrics today or sprints inteval training with squats and lunges...Depending on time just because I have class today.

AM: Cardio Kickboxing with Phillipe Till 19 min (This was on Exercise TV-I wouldn't waste my time.again. He's too talky for a short workout only burned 66 calories. I should have gone for a walk!)

I am back..finally haha. I am so busy with work and school right now that I am only able to work out Tuesdays Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays. I am trying to fit in some running in there between classes on Monday and Wednesday but with finals coming up (and me wanting to make my grade higher) I am havin gto stay the whole class for homework and tests...Gotta love it....Finals next week and then its FULL TIME WORKING OUT! woop woop ) Cant wait!!!!0

Hi All! I've been neglecting this thread
I started Insanity last week, so far I like it, it is a real butt kick that's for sure. I'm not sure how much I'm burning at it yest because I think it takes a little while to get used to the movements etc. I'm def taking more breaks than the people in the video! Anyway, I'm doing two-a-days three times a week now Monday-wednesday-Friday), Insanity in the mornings, and weights in the evening.
This weekend I reorganized my dresser and pulled out my summer stuff, and I am glad to say that a bunch of the stuff that didn't fit me last summer fits again! Horray! I will be much happier when it is all loose on me )))
Another thing is that starting last week I have (finally) become vigilant about logging all my food. I looked over my diary since January and I realsied that the most logging I've ever done was five days in a row! No wonder I've felt like I'm not making any progress--- I need to be logging everything! SO that is a new challenge for me.

I'm hanging in as best I can-Monday thru Friday anyway. Yesterday I did Cardio Dance in the AM, walk/jog at lunch and Tracy Anderson Mat Method PM. The plan is the same for today, morning & noon are done just need to get with Tracy. . . Here I come Tracy, don't start without me!!!!!!0

Alright...I actually did 3 workouts today...the first one is my C25K training (first day!), the second was playing DDR for an hour on the Xbox 360, and the third was my TurboJam workout (also first day!) I'm super excited for the rest of the day, and I feel very accomplished.0

I was afraid our thread had died! Today, so far, 30 minutes Cardio Dance & 45 minutes of a super excellent running workout! Getting ready to mow, but I don't count that on MFP.0
