I made an egg salad sandwich last night with a wedge of laughing cow instead of mayo and I really want another, so that might be dinner tonight. And maybe I will turn some sliced cucumber, tomato, and onion into a veggie salad with balsamic vinagrette. Mmmmm...I'm getting hungry.0
