Hi!!! i am determined to finally loose 10 lbs. I run regularly but can never seem to keep my diet under control. I hope that by tracking my food intake I will be successful!!!

    GL Amy! I'd never tracked my food before joining MFP either and I'm really seeing results fast - I only have 15lbs to lose but I've lost 3 already and I've only been here 3 weeks. Good luck!
