After a really crappy couple of weeks at work that has caused me to start to lose my newly established (since January) positive attitiude & dedication to healthy eating and exercise and stretched my willpower to the limits I had a very timely NSV.

I forced myself to go for a run tonight (really didnt want to) and.......took 2 whole minutes off my 5km time! Probably not that exciting a thing to those who are really fit or those not into running...but to me..I AM THRILLED! When I stopped and saw my time I jumped up and down and had a smile so big that the passing cars thought I was slighlty insane.

Great result - knocking that sort of time off a run is a really good result !
