I am new to this website and was wondering why strength training does not show any calories lost? For example: yesterday I did 80 squats, and 70 bicep curls and when I add that in to my exercise it doesnt take any calories off? Does anyone know why? I know I got to be burning some calories.

You have to add your strength training in under the "cardiovascular" heading for it to calculate the calories burned from your total.:flowerforyou:0
