Hi. I'm new. Just wrote a long intro which was deleted since I had nothing in the subject line. Let's see if this works.
I'm early 50's, menopausal and 13 lbs overweight. Biggest issue is constant tiredness.

yeah, that sounds good. like not sleeping after work for 3 hrs. I keep thinking when the weather improves, I'll have more energy.0

You can do it! I've already noticed an increase in my energy - from eating better and doing simple things like taking the stairs at work (to the 6th floor).0
