exhaustion

Hi. I'm new. Just wrote a long intro which was deleted since I had nothing in the subject line. Let's see if this works.
I'm early 50's, menopausal and 13 lbs overweight. Biggest issue is constant tiredness.

    I would start by setting some goals and letting everyone know what they are.

    yeah, that sounds good. like not sleeping after work for 3 hrs. I keep thinking when the weather improves, I'll have more energy.

    You can do it! I've already noticed an increase in my energy - from eating better and doing simple things like taking the stairs at work (to the 6th floor).
