I have been using this site for about two weeks. I downloaded it to my new phone. It is easy to use and the variety of foods that are in the database are great. I have even found my vegetarian foods. I like the exercise section as well. I also like the fact that you can post and talk to others who are going through the same thing. It is an awesome support system. TO ALL LIGHTER NEXT POST!!! :)
