Hump Day Workout - the 100!

Hey folks! Here's something to try that takes very little time and not a lot of equipment, and allows for a lot of variation. Most importantly, it's sure to get your ticker going!
THE ONE HUNDRED WORKOUT:
Perform in succession:
100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 leg lifts
60 jumping jacks
50 reverse crunches
40 sumo squats
30 push ups
20 burpees
run for 10 minutes
and you're done!
Enjoy

Burpees are the devil in disguise, however one of the most effective total body exercises out there!
To perform a Burpee:
Begin in a squat position with hands on the floor in front of you.
Kick your feet back to a pushup position.
Immediately return your feet to the squat position.
Leap up as high as possible from the squat position.
Repeat, moving as fast as possible. You should maintain a fast pace for this exercise.0 -
