Hello I am new to this site. Hopefully I will get the motivation to loose weight. Leontine is sitting here on the couch, and is encouraging me.

    :smile: Welcome to the site. If you can't find the encouragement here that you need to lose weight you won't find it anywhere. If all you ever did was read the posts on here, it would make you want to get up and move your body in some way. I have been so encouraged by the people on this site...I'm sure you will be too!:flowerforyou:
