i need some help for loosing weight.!!!!! ive been trying to loose weight for the past 5 weeks. My weight keeps on going up and then coming down. etc. But now ive noticed that my weight is staying the same. I feel like i havent been doing enough exercise..lately ive been sitting on my butt all day infront of the computer. im in school vacation.

i just need help with ways to get ideas of how to stop eating so much, and getting more exercise.

  • You can break down your exercising by doing several 10 mins. throughout the day . You don't have to do your exercising all at once, it still adds up and shows up in a positive way.
  • I chew gum and drink lots of water. Also I found Turnips they take forever to eat and are really really low in calories.

    i cant really do that at school... especially in track.....

    doesnt chewing gum keep you from being hungry all the time?
