DIY - How to track it?

As of tomorrow, I'm helping my mum with DIY at her place as she's selling. It'll involve stripping the walls, painting, tidying, cleaning. All of this to me is nackering because, well, I'm unhealthy. I'll be doing it for a few hours so I thought I may as well track it in my diary, but I have no idea what to put it under!
Anyone have any suggestions? I don't own a HRM so I can't do it that way.

  • I would log it under 'house cleaning' since I imagine both would make me equally tired.

    I also would use house cleaning, personally I would use vigorous cleaning because that sounds like hard work.
