Tomorrow I will mark 11 months since I got married. I didn't diet for my wedding. I did it after because I wanted to. I didn't want to become a fat wife. I did really good until mid january. Since then its been aweful.
I am not new to mfp but I have been out of the loop. Tomorrow I need to get back on track. I feel like a balloon my clothes barely fit. And I am embarrassed to go anywhere.
Well I am just asking for support because I don't get it from my family
Its hard to get back in the healthy routine. But most of all a life style change.
Good luck to everyone with there goals and good luck to me

Good luck. I've fallen off track so many times over the last 10 years I can't begin to count them! MFP has really helped since I joined a few weeks ago. Just stop and breath for a minute, gather your courage, and make the next meal fantastic and healthy. One meal at a time. Celebrate the small victories and pretty soon they'll be one big victory!0

The beginning is always a good place to start. One day at a time !!! Good luck.0

Just remember that it's your #1 priority to take care of your body. Change takes a lot of effort and time, and you don't have to do it all in one day. Take it one unhealthy habit at a time, and you'll be in a great place. Also, remember that you don't have to deny yourself the things that you want, you just have to do it in moderation. My best suggestion is stick to a healthy diet 80% of the time, and indulge within moderation 20% of the time.
Good luck, and welcome back!0 -
