I'm usually within about 20 calories either way of my "budget," so I'm not super worried about that. But my protein intake is ALWAYS high. From around 8 to 13 grams over, per day.
How will this affect me? Positively? Negatively? I am losing some wieght, and I do weight training everyday, so up until this point I haven't thought much about it. Should I start watching this number more carefully?

positively, especially since you are weight training. ,MFP has it set rather low in my opinion. i feel most diets in general don't have enough lean protein.0

MFP's protein setting is very low. Higher protein can help with feeling full and in recovery from intense exercise. I wouldn't worry about it.0

Thank you for replying! It's mostly boiled or grilled chicken anyhow, so I sort of figured if it's not super fatty protein, it might be okay.0
