Does Anyone know what you can put work out tapes under for exercise category? Im gonna start doing the Biggest Loser 30 day jump start workout and...i dont know how many carlories ill burn

i usually just type in all fitness video's as circuit training.0

I tho circuit training would work for it. I do Jillian's 30day shred and she has it broken down go where u are doin cardio strength and abs. Best of luck to you.0

Try wearing a heart rate monitor during your workout, or simply keep track of your average BPM during the workout, multiply it by the number of minutes and then add your own exercise.0
