I have come to the realization that working out first thing in the morning works best for me. I tend to make excuses if I don't. I'm so proud of myself, I've be consistent with my exercise and changes with monitoring what I eat. GO TASHIA!!!!

I have the same problem...if I don't go to the gym directly from work, I won't go at all...once my butt hits the couch, it's all over Keep up the good work!0

Keep up with the hard work! It will pay off!!! I am the same way. I get off work at 830 AM and if I come home first then I normally end up not making it to the gym.0
