Keeping It Moving

I have come to the realization that working out first thing in the morning works best for me. I tend to make excuses if I don't. I'm so proud of myself, I've be consistent with my exercise and changes with monitoring what I eat. GO TASHIA!!!!

Any suggestions/recommendations?

    I have the same problem...if I don't go to the gym directly from work, I won't go at all...once my butt hits the couch, it's all over =) Keep up the good work!

    Keep up with the hard work! It will pay off!!! I am the same way. I get off work at 830 AM and if I come home first then I normally end up not making it to the gym.

    * I too am like you....I workout in the am (5), while everybody is asleep. It gives me energy for the rest of the day.

    Thanks everyone! You all are inspriring. Reading the successes, and seeing the before and after pictures, I know I can overcome this weight problem of mine.
