my mouth is watering for a very bad-girl Whataburger with bacon, cheese, grilled onions, mayonnaise, Ketchup, tomatoes, and pickles with awesome onion rings on the side. wow. I haven't had a Whataburger in about three months.
My favorite healthy food, right now, is actually a tuna-burger patty (no bun, non-fat miracle whip). Only about 150 calories with some frozen mixed veg on the side. The entire meal is less than 250 calories. Hey you peanut butter lovers, I just have to throw this in here, I have tried the PB2 (85% less calorie peanut butter, with only 1.5 grams of fat) and it is PHENOMENAL! I swear I don't sell the stuff :flowerforyou: It's just that good!0 -
My favorite meal was one that for a long time I thought was healthy: TGIFridays' Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad. I went into offical, deep mourning when I found out it had 1400 calories and 60-80 grams of fat. Once I found that out, I have never had it again.
I can't decide my favorite healthy meal; I've taken lots of my "less then healthy" recipes and changed them to be healthier, so there isn't much I don't eat...0 -
I enjoy food waaayyy too much to which one is the worst but my favorite. I love pizza and chinese and wings and mexican food......and pasta. Does't help husband only will eat Mexican and he comes from a full on Italian family.
Wow, we could be twins separated at birth. Add in Fried chicken and you have my list of "Why I got fat" foods.
Favorite healthy meal is Pizza, made with my own NO SALT pizza sauce and ground turkey.0 -
For me it was lindt chocolates the white chocolate and milk chocolate i could eat a whole bag of those things in 1 night. Also i have been addicted to devil dogs the hostess ones for a long time. Another bad one for me was portions. I would cook homemade spaghetti sauce w/meatballs and pork sausages and eat like 3 full bowls along with white pasta and loaded with sauce and parm cheese. Instead of one piece of pizza i would eat 3! I ate those frozen pizza pocket things and dipped them in ranch dressing and ketchup (gross i know) i also did that same thing with frozen burritos and tater tots. I would also eat salad but a lot of good it is for me when i am loading it up with full fat salad dressing.
I would eat two jumbo hotdogs in 1 sitting, 2-3 packages of chicken flavor ramen noodles at midnight... uhg i could go on and on... i look back and shaking my head like what the heck was i thinking?0 -
Not so much a meal, but my favorite bad food is strawberry frosted poptarts....I know they are just sugar and weird chemicals, but they are so delicious!!!!

as for a bad meal? PASTA, a bowl as big as my head, meatballs or meatsauce and loaded with really good romano cheese.0 -

A giant steak.... Covered in some kind of butter sauce. A beer on the side with a giant basket of fries.

Olive Garden Chicken Parm with Fettucine Alfredo, WITH breadsticks of course and alfredo sauce for dipping AND a cherry coke!!

Portillos italian beef with mozzarella and cheese fries. Once I found out the cheese fries alone had almost 1500 calories for a small I almost fainted! I also love pizza and mac and cheese. Basically anything with cheese!
My fave healthy meal is a turkey wrap on a whole grain flatbread with romaine, mozzarella, turkey, and light ranch dressing.0 -
I can enjoy any food that i know is bad for me. I just love it0

Chicken fried steak with cream gravy. It's so bad, but I allow myself to have it once per year Favorite healthier meals? Hmmm.... Kashi Go-Lean with unsweetened almond milk. Mushroom and asparagus omelette. Rotisserie chicken (organic) with grilled vegetables. I really eat pretty simply - and feel wonderful (and full!).0

My favorite all time meal ... a grilled hamburger - w/ lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle.. corn on the cob... and of course CHIPS! This is probably something I may never eliminate - just adjust a little!0

Hard to pick 1 favorite bad meal seeing as almost everything I used to eat was bad. I'll have to go with a fried fisherman's platter, fish, clams, scallops, french fries and onion rings. All battered and fried and dripping with grease. I've got to say as I describe it now I'm getting nauseous thinking about all that grease.:sick:

Pizza - half sausage/half pepperoni, Chinese pepper steak, fried rice, eggroll, wonton soup, with an order of Chinese ribs on the side, Chili's Presidente Margaritas (lots of em) with appetizer sampler platter, the local diner's giant cheeseburger deluxe with lots of fries, and a chocolate shake, McDonald's 20 pc. nuggets, large fries, and a shake, a big platter of nachos with cheese and beans and all the fixins, Buffalo Wild Wings and a side of chili cheese fries, need I go on????0 -
Mac and cheese. It is one food I haven't had yet beecause I don't know how far it will throw off this journey.0

I don't know if this is what some call really bad but i love homemade taco i use ground turkey and weight watchers low fat cheese then i top them with lettuce the shell make me feel like i am eating something crunchy like chips well for healthy some might disagree i eat morning star chick patty with broccoli that is my favorite meal now i eat them because i have a cholesterol problem and they are vegetarian0

i have so many to choose from love pizza and cheesesteaks and burgers and we used to eat fried chicken like there was no tomorrow i miss food sometimes but i'm sure it will be worth it when i hit my goal0
