Ok, so I have been doing really well on my calories and such.. actually I havent gone over, and have had a good amount left over...
Almost thought I could drop it.
I just added my walking today, and it gave me back A LOT... and I feel guilty.. like I cheated or something.

Don't feel guilty! Gaining extra calories from walking is good thing- no a great thing! Be happy and know that the next time you work out you have those extra calories to enjoy. Feel guilty if you don't get up and walk Keep up the good work!0

Don't feel guilty at all.
I usually try and estimate what my exercise will be for the day, so I know I have calories to eat a little more here and there. And if you get some extra calories left over, great but make s ure its not too much. Exercise is like a reward to eat more!0
