I lost 1.1 lb and I believe my scale is crappy because I weighed myself at my mother in law's house and my sister in law's and the number was the same except for my crummy scale so I am now at 131.1 but still happy to lose a lb sorry I haven't been able to lose more than that had a lot going on family issues etc like my brother in law committing suicide and some emotional eating but that is no excuse I do hold myself accountable for my actions. I will try to do better this week and do intend to carry on the challenge till I can lose the 10 lbs! Need some motivation and friends to help me with this journey!0

Weighed in at 230.2 lbs. Down another 2 lbs this week for a total of 6.6 lbs in April. Times running out for the month. Hope I can lose 3.4lbs in 8 days. Hope everyone else is doing well.0

Only lost 1/2 lb this week, but I think I know why...I'm hoping it's just water retention because of Aunt Flo's visit. We'll see what the numbers say next week, but I've got 6 lbs to go!!0 -

Pleasantly surprised to see 223.8 on the scale this morning -- only got workouts in 2x this week cuz I've been sick (ya ya I know excuses, excuses lol). But I stuck really close to my calories and drank as much water as I could. Keep up the great work everyone!!!!0

ok folks here is a partial list if your name is on here I have a weight for you for the first 4 weeks of april i wish MFP would let you move a spreadsheet over to here. the weights are from starting to today and the last number is the total weight lost for the month. JPOD279 is leading us all with 13.5 lbs lost so far great job!!!! however I think everyone is doing an awesome job ya'll are working so hard keep it up and we wioll all get there.

what a crappy week- it was spring break and I didn't use the self control I should have. Still at 141lbs

Hey everybody. I haven't lost anything. I gained a little during the week but I'm back at my CW for last week. I started the 30 day shred this week so I guess that has something to do with it. Here goes:

Can one still join in and loose 10lb by mid to end of May? I would love to do this as I am in a slump and finally admitted it to myself. First step first... I am trying to muster through this P90X program but I don't eat the food and started back up on the cd's this weekend. Getting Krazy and i know I can loose the 10lbs just need more motivation. Running a 5K end of this month and training for it daily.

Good Luck to everyone and they're goals! Keep up the great work. As for water.. ugghhh not doing so good drinking water.. i dont drink alot of fluids throughout the day but i know i need to start drinking more water.0
