This doesn't include the peppers, onions, or rice or pasta i will add to the bottom of it. The lean ground beef is 1.30 pounds which is why i added it twice. Also what is 1 serving considered as?

I would think a serving would be about a cup or two depending on what you add to it when you're eating it (e.g. cornbread, crackers). See how many cups you have of it then divide that by two for two cups per serving?

Edit: All the numbers seem right, including the meat.
  • if you want to cut calories more use fresh ground turkey. i ot taste much difference in it when i use it for spaghetti, sloppy joes, meat loaf, hamburger helper etc....
