    still working on the pounds to go.. there is alot of fat still hiding.. really focusing on toning as well.. I have signed up for this 6 week exercise program staring in June.. it's main focus is toning.. i can't wait to get started.. Im in the best shape i have been in, in many many years... I will not age gracefully!!! I plan on fighting it the whole way
