I hope this works!

So I never knew how many calories I'd actually been eatting until I decided to add meals of a typical day. With all the fast food (sometimes 3 or 4 times a day), I avearaged over 4000 calories. I only need about 2300 calories a day. So even when I decided to "cut" my calories, I learned I really wasn't cutting anything. (I cut something, just not as much as I thought). I said I hope this works because sometimes I only eat twice a day. Even with that I'm learning a lot of calories can still add up pretty quick. My greatest problem is portion control. I'm actually keeping track though. So step one is better that step zero lol.
I'm trying to change my life so I REALLY hope this works!

Yes, knowledge is power I think. I just did this for the first time yesterday and it gives me a lot to work on too. I eat well and love good food, but need to be real about eating but not overeating. Good luck on your second and third step.0
