So i eat reasonably and quite healthy everyday but I get so bloated! I gain like 2 inches but it goes away each morning it's just a little irritating seeing myself in the mirror and it feels so uncomfortable.

Same for me, but it's usually worse at that time of month. Or right before.0

I know how you feel, I am the queen of bloat! It all depends on what you eat. I have to eat something that doesn't have gluten in it for breakfast because I think I have a little bit of gluten intolerance. I feel much better when I don't eat gluten. I'm also lactose intolerant so if I eat dairy I take a lactaid pill before I eat it and I buy lactose free milk. A lot of fruits and veggies can also make you bloated, fiber as well. Some days are worse than others depending on what I eat but the bloat always goes away after I have a bowel movement in the morning...not to be graphic or anything! :-) Good luck!0

i know it could be so many things i mean i love fruit and veggies it's practically what i eat most days because i don't like eating meat anyway. maybe ill eat less gluten that could be it.0

Even try the gluten thing for a couple days, you can really tell a difference. It's hard to eat a gluten lifestyle but it seems to be worth it. I only eat gluten free in the morning...what I eat in the morning seems to affect me all day when it comes to getting bloated, and I noticed that my gluten cereal helps. All chex cereals are gluten free!0

I noticed when I am stressed I can tell I bloat up. Could cortisol be the problem? There is a noticable difference from when I am not stressed to being stressed (from work) and I look like I gained 2 inches around my mid-section within just a few hours.0

I know how you feel! Sometimes even after a very healthy meal I am bloated like there's no tomorrow. I've read that fruits, veggies and legumes, although healthy for you can cause you to feel bloated and gassy. The fiber and sugar can lead to the gassiness. A list of some of the veggies are broccoli, artichokes, cauliflower, asparagus, cabbage. Some fruits include apples, prunes, pears, etc.
I usually just give myself a little time and drink some hot tea or warm lemon water and I feel better0
