I do strength training exercise 1-2 times a week and I want to add that to my exercise routine on MFP.
How do I do it?

Go to the exercise tab and search for the exercise click add and bingo! Can't find the exercise add it (this won't give you calories burned however just FYI not to clear why though) Hope that helps! :happy:0

Its under "cardio" in the excersise category ...type in "circuit training" ..then in strength training under the cardio..just put in your excersises..

If you put in "circuit training" under cardio..it will give you calories burned...and you do burn calories strength training0
