Nope. Water is just plain old H2O to me0

I generally stick with actual water, not water mixed with other ingredients.0

Nope, water only -- tea usually has caffeine which dehydrates you, and fruit juice is usually loaded with sugar and calories.0

i list literally everything that passes my lips - tea, juice, diet coke etc....... i just find it better to make sure I list it all else I might be tempted to miss something I shouldnt really be eating haha. Plus it helps yu keep track of how much you do actually drink/eat xx0

I don't count anything but straight water in my count, but I know some who count tea fruit juice wouldn't count because of the added sugar.0

I do count my homemade mint tea. I only do that because it is just that mint leaves and water, nothing else.0

I was always told tha decaffinated tea counted as water..what do you think..I have counted my decafe green tea. And it is better than not drinking water!0
