Nice work! I am always stalking and admiring photography pages, so I am glad you shared. lol!

I am a total amateur and have been PBing for the last 2-3 years. I have a FB Page: Photography by Nicole M. I'd love to have to critique my photographs, though I know I still have long way to come. :)

Thanks, it's been a year since I updated that site.
I took some time off, I was wedding photographer for 3 years and stress got to me.
So I wanted to move more into model photography and art. I found the change hard to pull off, so I figure take time off and get into shape and lower my stress.

Oh yeah I know Dave Hill, he took a style and ran with it."I noticed he's cutting back on dodge and burn alittle bit.
Alot of photographers give him crap for over using the skill"kinda like how HDR images are no nos these days to most photographers. But I think he got he's skills down cold and he has made some great photographs! Now in my older age, I seem to be moving away from Cs and other editing programs because, I think it should be done right in the camera first and only edit if you have too.

Totally laughing here at the HDR comment! So true! Problem is the people over using it aren't doing it correctly. Same with CS! I mean, I suck still, but at least my main goal is to get it correct in camera. I was so pleased with my latest uploads as all I had to do was some cropping and sharpen, and resize for web. Especially psyched my daughters eyes came out so wonderfully.

I cannot stand on photography forums when people ask for CC and then get told a hundred things to do to edit, instead of how to get a better shot.

I am also a lover of photography. I prefer photographing nature over people. My work is at http://www.flickr.com/photos/nicurn/ Let me know what you guys think. I am an amateur and have a lot to learn. I would love to attend some workshops here in San Antonio to learn more.
